The Program of Veterinary Medicine and Zootecnic, it integrates in accordance with the national reality and the international tendencies, the health and the medicine of animals of company, the economic cattle production, technology and food protection,  public health and protection of the ambiance. Forming a more valuable professional for the current and future needs.

The Universidad Cientifica del Sur educates Veterinary Doctors Zootecnists, who will be able to evolve like leaders of the teams of animal health and to lead processes of management in units of production, as well as, to collaborate with the conservation of the ambiance and the sustainable development, to solve problems related to the health, feeding, reproduction and genetic improvement of all the domestic species and, the handling and medicine of wild animals.
