DR. MANUEL ROSEMBERG BARRÓN

Zootecnist engineer, Magíster Scientiae in Animal Production - UNALM, Doctor Scientiae in Zootechnics - Federal Universidade of Viçosa, Brazil. Studies of specialization in the International Center of Tropical Agriculture in Colombia; of production of milk cattle in Israel, France and Argentina. He has been Dean of the Faculty of Zootecnics of the UNALM, Senior Professor of this Faculty, Head of the Department of Animal Production, Head of the Program of Tropical Cattle. President of the Reorganization Commission of the National University Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo. Adviser of the Minister of Agriculture in the area of Cattle, carrying out the functions of: President of the Multi-sector Technical Commission for the elaboration of the National Cattle Plan, President of the Multi-sector for the problematic analysis of the IGV in the bovine meat, Advisory Commission of cattle for Private Companies and  Consultant in cattle at the national level. Author of the book “Production of Cattle of Meat and Double Intention” and research works and publications of its specialty.
