in order to broaden their knowledge of Latin American culture and the Spanish language.
One of
our professors will evaluate the student's language proficiency in
Spanish and make recommendations regarding the appropriate level of
language proficiency.
The
Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos prides itself on having
twenty “Facultades” or Colleges and numerous offerings for
undergraduate, masters, and Ph.D. degrees.
Literature, Anthropology, Archaeology, Art History and Linguistics,
are just a representative sample of the most popular classes taken by
foreign students. Of course, graduate and undergraduate transfer
credits are available.
The
different Programs may include, among other culturally oriented
activities, visits to museums and archaeological Inca and Pre Inca
